The fall at the indoor gym left me wheelchair-bound, sparking a downward spiral into depression and debt. This story isn't just about hitting rock bottom, it's about the impossible climb back up.

Lost, with everything on the line, including my will to live, I had to make a change. This is a chronicle of the decisions and daily battles that led me to rebuild a life worth living for.

In just 928 days, fuelled by sheer determination, I not only conquered my inner demons, but also conquered the world's highest peak: Mount Everest.
